In accordance with the selection process part 2 the Centrifuge Council will initiate a motion for onboarding 2nd batch of Collators on Centrifuge.

The proposed next set of five Centrifuge Collators are:


Duration: 50400 block ( ~ 7 days)

Once the motion to fast-track the proposal has passed, the proposal will become a referendum, that all token holders can vote on, using their CFG tokens. The referendum will be open for people to vote on for 50400 blocks (~7 day with an average block time of 12 sec).


Remember, that you don’t lose your CFG by voting on referenda - they are just locked for the duration of the vote. After that, they will be available for transfer again. You can make your vote count for more by voting with conviction which means that you can vote with up to 6X the amount of tokens you have, by locking them for a longer period of time.

Council Motion 64 has passed in the council and has become Referendum 34 that is now open for all CFG token holders to vote on.

The referendum is open for 50,400 blocks (~7 days with an average block time of 12 sec).

Referendum #34 should be resubmitted as Council Motion #65. Even if Referendum #34 successfully passed the pre-images were not stored on-chain which caused the scheduler not able to find the preimage and as a result, simply nothing happened.
