2 The initial referendum (#33) passed but wasn’t enacted as the pre-image wasn’t stored on-chain so the scheduler couldn’t find it. The proposal was resubmitted as Council Motion 66 and the subsequent Referendum 37 passed as well and was enacted.

1 The Collator Rewards for April were made as one Treasury Proposal to GCG’s multisig and distributed to the collators as described here.
2 The first council motion (#102) passed but was submitted with incorrect pre-image so the subsequent referendum (#24) had to be cancelled with a new motion (#103).
3 Council Motion 103 passed in the council but was not executed because it failed to cancel Referendum 24 (it had already passed). Since it was a batch call, the subsequent referendum didn’t start. Council Motion 104 was therefore submitted and the subsequent referendum (#25) passed and the Runtime Upgrade was enacted.
