I have the same issue. Contributed some $DOT via http://equilibrium.io and my balance is 0.0001 $CFG and the crowdloan claim page says 0 $CFG.

• I am connected to the wallet I contributed with
• Wallet set to “allow use on any chain”
• Using Google Chrome
• Access allowed to centrifuge.io

How to claim on Parallel Finance is described in this guide but right now it’s not possible yet. There are some technical issues which need to be solved.

A solution is round the corner.

Good evening, This process has been so frustrating for me. Does it matter that I already had purchased CFG? Do my rewards not go to the same wallet? The link I clicked says that I do not have an account.

I didn’t really follow these steps, I just clicked on “claim rewards” and gave permission through polkadot.extension. If I did something wrong can I lose my rewards or will they be returned?
