Where did you contribute from for the crowdloan? Claiming from the official crowdloan page is very intuitive and you should have a tiny amount to pay for the transaction fee

Which error do you get after claiming? If you have enough funds to pay for the claiming fee it should be fine. Is your Polkadot extension allowed to connect to the website?
