HELP! I cant claim my parachain crowdloan rewards (Nov 2024)... Is all lost?

Hello everyone! For personal reasons, I was unable to claim my rewards till now, but now Im ready to do so. But I find that the site where I can claim the rewards is down and it seems like my DOT and CFG is gone :frowning: Is there anything I can do :frowning: …

Hi @CentrifugeOG,

The claiming of crowdloan rewards was disabled after discussion, a token holder vote and passing of CP84: Unclaimed Polkadot Rewards. A deadline of two months was given after this proposal passed, in addition to the ~2 years that claiming was available. This was announced extensively across all our communication channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, our governance forum etc.).
