External Majority Proposal has passed the council vote at block 901751

We just opened a Council fastrack proposal / subscan for enabling community voting over ~48h accounting on a block time of 45 seconds. Which makes the number of blocks of the voting period to 3,800.

As of block 905685 the democracy referenda passed and got executed.
The runtime upgrade has been triggered on block 908177 and portal and it will take around 1 hour to be executed.
