There are some people who are experiencing issues when trying to claim AIR from Coinlist airdrop if they have an account of type “sr25519” (created directly on the portal instead of with Polkadot{.js} extension).
You can work around this issue if you follow these instructions.

Navigate to the portal and make sure you are in the Altair network. You should now be able to see your account of type “sr25519”

Click on the three dots to the far right and select “Create backup file for this account”
Your JSON file should now be dowloaded to your computer. Make sure it is and you see it on your computer before proceeding - VERY IMPORTANT! -
Click on the three dots again and select “Forget this account”

Open the Polkadot{.js} extension from your browser and import your account, using the JSON file that you just downloaded

Now your account should appear in the extension. Set the chain to “Kusama relay chain” or “Allow use on any chain”
and navigate back to the claim page, refresh and you should be able to claim.
