Anyone else not able to claim AIR for Altair and finds no proper advice form the centrifuge support?

Anyone else struggle to claim AIr and the support here is totally unprofessional and not helpful at all? I’ve been trying to claim AIR for the Altair project for the last weeks and I keep getting the error ‘something went wrong. Please try again’. I’ve been contacted by this gentleman Ivan, who got me to change the seating for substitute and delete account and reinstall file and still same problem. I’ve vpn from various locations and same issue. Apparently my account is an SR type …not sure what that means
Why would they create such a complicated solution? I only want to get my investment, but so far it feels like a big fat scam
Anyone else have same issue?
