Hi all, I’ve noticed there are many conversations about issue when claiming AIR but can’t find a step by step procedure from beginning… in plain English if possible . Anyone can point me to the right direction, please? Thanks

Thank you everyone for your patience. After a delay, the crowdloan rewards are now available for claiming! You can read about the reason for the delay here .
Below you will find instructions on how to claim your AIR rewards.
Contribution with Polkadot{.js} extension:
If you contributed directly on the official crowdloan page, click here and connect the account with your KSM wallet, using the extension.

You should now be able to see your AIR rewards, including bonuses. Click the Claim…
Please note, if your account type SR25519 you should follow this tutorial:
There are some people who are experiencing issues when trying to claim AIR from Coinlist airdrop if they have an account of type “sr25519” (created directly on the portal instead of with Polkadot{.js} extension).
You can work around this issue if you follow these instructions.
Navigate to the portal and make sure you are in the Altair network. You should now be able to see your account of type “sr25519”
