Issue trying to claim AIR for Altair

Anyone else struggle to claim AIR and still issue after following the advise here ? I’ve been trying to claim AIR for the Altair project for the last weeks and I keep getting the error ‘something went wrong. Please try again’ . I’ve changed the settings for substitute and delete account and reinstalled file and still same problem. I’ve vpn from various locations and same issue. My account is an SR type and followed the steps here, but same issue
