As I was thinking through Centrifuge use cases, one possibility I came up with is insurance claims. An insurance policy holder may have a solid claim to insurance money, however claiming can sometimes take quite a long time. This seems like a good match for centrifuge. The claim could be tokenized and the policy holder could get fast liquidity, while the other participants get a premium for participating in the risk (that the claim will not be granted) and for accepting the delayed payment.
