The Centrifuge Council has proposed Council motion 38 (setting the amount of collators to 5 and their self-bond to 30,000 CFG) and the councillors are voting on it.

Given this is a direct action from the council, there is no referendum vote, for CFG token holders to vote on, following this proposal.
If this motion passes, there will be another motion to onboard the first 5 collators on Centrifuge, and if passed, there will be a referendum vote for all CFG token holders to vote on.
