Council Motion 102 was submitted with the incorrect pre-image so I have just submitted a new motion (Council Motion 103) with the correct pre-image (0xb51b720f6cbb18297b4ad262d921a5c0c49df187677c4f48ed0940896909f4ea) to:

  1. democracy: externally propose 0xb51b720f6cbb18297b4ad262d921a5c0c49df187677c4f48ed0940896909f4ea
  2. democracy: fast track 0xb51b720f6cbb18297b4ad262d921a5c0c49df187677c4f48ed0940896909f4ea with 7200 blocks
  3. democracy: emergency cancel Referendum 24

So this council motion will cancel the on-going Referendum 24 and create a new referendum for Runtime Upgrade 1027 that also will be fast-tracked but this time the voting time will only be 7200 blocks (~1 day) to mitigate for the lost time.
