Centrifuge Prime is live with a $1M investment from Gnosis. Credbull will tokenize their first onchain credit fund with Centrifuge — with an initial allocation of $10M from the Plume ecosystem!

Community

The Community is represented primarily by individuals and organizations that are actively participating in governance, contributing to processes and discourse, and are economically tied to the success of Centrifuge.

  • Big news at the end of the month: Credbull’s first onchain credit fund is going to be tokenized on Centrifuge and $10M of liquidity will be provided to the fund through the Plume ecosystem!
  • In May we filled two critical roles to strengthen the Executive Team with the new COO Julia Markel and Sonam Joshi as Head of Product :clap: We’re still looking for a Director of Institutional Sales! More details on the position can be found here.
  • Welcome to the Centrifuge DAO Sezer Kayapinar! Sezer has experience in Blockchain education and marketing services in Web 3.

Governance

  • To start with the monthly overview on governance updates provided by the Governance & Coordination Group, e.g with a passed Pool Onboarding Proposal for the Anemoy Defi Yield Fund 1 and the launch of an RWA Lending Market.
  • In the Governance Call 27* among others, Martin from Anemoy presented his proposal to launch the Anemoy DeFi Yield Fund 1 (which passed in the meantime), the second pool on Centrifuge! A summary of the call is posted in the forum.
    *Reminder: If you haven’t joined a gov call previously, you can register in the forum post.
  • The input from the Centrifuge DAO is needed in this Poll to determine the goals and objectives for a reasonable treasury resource allocation. Your vote counts!

Protocol

The Protocol is represented primarily by organizations that are actively using Centrifuge’s technology to facilitate the underwriting, structuring, and financing of RWAs.

Product & Engineering

  • Centrifuge Prime is live with the first $1M investment from Gnosis!! :partying_face: Through the app, DeFi organizations can integrate with the largest financial markets and take advantage of yields from economic activity. You can check out the new page and track the different portfolios of the DAOs that invested into Centrifuge pools.
  • The Centrifuge Credit Group has provided asset primers on all major categories of the fixed income market in recent weeks: Understanding Fixed Income Products is an excellent summary of these different asset primers.
