Wen Easy Onboarding?

We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we know our current investor onboarding process has a lot of room for improvement :sweat_smile:.

Over the last few months we’ve looked at various ways to enhance this experience, so you will be pleased to know onboarding is undergoing a complete revamp :put_litter_in_its_place: The aim is delivering a silky smooth, integrated and seamless flow :surfer: for both Tinlake and Centrifuge app. Not only will it increase the speed to invest, but the automation :robot: should ease the workload for issuers - allowing them to focus on what they do best.

In the meantime, we have been working on smaller enhancements on our existing process. We found that users faced most difficulty during the completion of the Pool subscription agreements - more specifically, the pesky, but essential tax forms. These are now pre-filled where possible, by using the information you provide during the KYC process - so one less thing for you to do :slightly_smiling_face:

Additionally, we now send automated reminder emails - just to give you a little nod, if there’s an outstanding action to complete or you’re ready to invest.

I’d be curious to know how Centrifuge is going to engage with perhaps existing investors who tried to make it through the Old Onboarding and got stuck / gave up / got too annoyed?

Over the past years, I’d imagine more than a handful of folks tried, but simply didn’t have the patience (and can’t blame them!) for trying to invest.

Will this update include some thinking on that level?
