Runtime Upgrade #2 to extend Council to 7 seats

The current Runtime Upgrade Proposal #2 which bundles support for the ChainSafe Bridge Pallet will, if passed, also increase the council size to 7 members.

The current council of 5 members include from the Centrifuge team:

  • Lucas
  • Martin
  • Miguel
  • Ved
  • Cassidy

This extension aims to include other members of the Centrifuge community on the council.
