RFC: Proposal to integrate Subsquare as Governance UI

Hello, I think Subsquare is the right governance platform for altair and centrifuge. I already know it from other Kusama / Polkadot projects and it is simple and clear.

Hi @cardinate, thank you for your input. A lot of research was made and I personally talked with five other projects and their founders/governance facilitators to take their input into consideration when selecting our UI.

Simplicity and clean is exactly what we are looking for so I am glad to hear that you share that opinion.
