Late to the migration party

Hi everyone,

I’m a long-time CFG holder and recently restored access to my wallet, where my balance shows as legacy CFG on the Centrifuge parachain (now labelled [OLD]).

I understand the official CFG → ERC-20 migration window closed on Dec 3rd, and I’ve unfortunately realised this just after the deadline. I still fully control the legacy address and can sign messages if needed — I’m just unsure what the correct next step is now that the self-service migration UI is no longer available.

Could anyone from the community or team advise on the recommended path for late migration of legacy CFG, or who best to contact to handle this case?

Really appreciate any guidance,

I missed the deadline too. Would love some help to migrate my tokens.

Same for me. I’m fine with semi-manual migration, ie without UI, by supplying some extrinsics / calling smart contracts myself.

Same for me. There should be a solution I still have my cfg and don’t agree loosing it just because I didn’t check the news. There is no reason why the migration should last only a few months. please provide a solution.

Same, missed the deadline. Please open up the migration pathway again. See no reason to limit it?

Good day,

Unfortunately, the migration window has already closed, and it is no longer possible to complete the process.

The first communication regarding the migration from Polkadot to EVM was shared in February 2025 through CP141. Following community discussion, a Community Call, and an off‑chain vote, CFG token holders approved the migration.

As defined in CP149, the migration window opened on 20 May 2025 and remained available until 30 November 2025. This provided users with a migration period of more than six months. The deadline was extended several times to ensure that all users had sufficient time to complete the process.

Throughout the entire period, announcements and reminders were shared across all official channels, including the website, Discord, Telegram, and Twitter. Weekly notifications were issued to keep the community informed of the approaching deadline.

The migration from Polkadot (Substrate) to EVM (Ethereum) represents a significant milestone for the protocol. As communicated, the Substrate chain is no longer supported following the end of the migration window.

Thanks for explaining how we got here. Do you also have an explanation for how to get our tokens migrated in the present? I assume there must be a way for us to get what is rightfully ours?

I have a Trust account with Coinbase.exchange. They told me that they were going to make thee exchange of WCFG for the now trading CFG. But they didn’t do it. Now they in essense won’t help me. Surely, Centrifuge can understand that while they notified exchanges to notify us, there were problems and miscommunications. Is there anyone at the CFG that can address this issue? At least open for a while so I can sell my WCFG. Then I can rebuy. But as it is, I am stuck and I can not afford to lose my tokens especially as I was following instructions. This is tantamount to theft.
