As the issuer operating the GIG Pool we continue to strive to improve its performance while improving its operational structure to expand investment opportunities and reduce risk for our investors.

To that end, we announced last month that we are making minor structural changes to the GIG Pool.

The updated Executive Summary is ready for you to review.

Please note we are working to polish the ES further to better present the GIG Pool’s merits, but the underlying terms will NOT change from the attached.

Changes will go into effect in the next 3-4 weeks, and we want to provide you the information needed to determine how the GIG Pool changes may impact your investment objectives.

To help you understand the changes, and provide you an opportunity to ask questions, we have scheduled another Ask Me Anything session on Tuesday March 29 @ 1pm EDT.
