I can't claim my rewards

How could it be that they have restricted being able to claim the rewards?
I have a large amount of cfg, and now I find out that I cannot withdraw them.
I need to remove my cfg, I hope you can give me a solution, and I’m sure many people have the same problem.

You can unlock your CFG in your wallet with simple steps:

  1. Click on 3 dots near your account Polkadot/Substrate Portal
  2. Select unlock Vested amount
  3. Sign the transaction
