yes @Fabien word is worthless, promises broken over and over again, whereâs your respect for your investors? when we start to talk in aggressive way, then only @Centrifuger team will jump out and argue with us demand for respect, other than that, they will do nothing aswell. 120 days delay, i think we already patient enough to this nonsense. iâm also from branch 3, i just hope you donât delay the only 2 (around700k) assets repayment on 2023, you already have almost 2m waiting to withdraw, itâs the best if you can provide this 2m liquidity, i will tell my friends and family, my youtube channel followers,twitter,fb,reddit to stay away from tinlake and 1754 factory for now. itâs disgusting!

I totally understand your frustration.
You are right, I indicated that the current redemptions on 1754S1 will be honored before the end of the year, we are now the 3rd and I clearly missed my deadline, please accept my apologies.
We have currently 4 investors waiting to redeem from the pool.
Please, @Lumination feel free to send me an email @ fabien@1754.finance, we can easily schedule a meeting to go over some of your concerns and see if I can provide help or support while I am working on putting this pool back current.
I also wanted to share below the updated timeline:
- [1/10 - 1/16]: Epoch close and current redemptions process
- 1/20: The pool and all assets brought current
- 1/20: Investor update and 1754S1 financials (2022) published
- Last week of January (date tbd) 1754S1 investor call

As for 1754S3, the pool is current and operates properly. No assets are due until the 15th of June 2023 (asset 15) and we are not expecting any kind of delay.
@Fab Whatâs the point to put my username to match 1754s1 pool? Mr.fabien will keep his promise if I do so? Even iâm not 1754 pool investors, doesnât change the facts that your repayment delayed for 120 days+, 15 assets delay repayment, Just pay the debt or even update the investors is good enough, i mean honest update, not just a bunch of lies, you make1754 pool investors life miserable, i mean if you are not sure about the timeline, why make promises? for my understanding, if 1754 factory default, so will branch3, and the delay vibe 1754pool brought into tinlake(without consequences) are spreading fast, so i wouldnât suprise branch3 and others pool doing the same, now you said you are not expecting delay for branch3 asset(15) that due on 15th june, Right now iâm predicting you will not repay the asset on time,I will be back on 15th june for my content, letâs see.

Hi hepp. The team will for sure ânot jump outâ but Centrifuge provides as a protocol the infrastructure for issuers to launch their pools. The handling of the assets in the pool and their repayment is the issuerâs accountability and Fabien already answered on the status and posted the timeline.
Of course we all want to avoid these issues and problems should be solved by joined efforts
I will just ignore anyone from @centrifuge team, as you guys are incapable to help, brushing off responsible. Jumping out without solution.
I understand that this has been incredibly frustrating for all pool investors but lets give @Fabien 1 more chance to hit the dates he presented since he hit the ones he presented back in July to fulfill redemptions. Since these loans are to real world borrowers not crypto wallets, Fabien is presumably (perhaps he can confirm) following a collection process where he likely works with the end borrower on terms of repayment.
Additionally, Fabien represents a majority of the TIN (junior) tranche which provides a level of protection to Drop (senior) investors and for Bling TIN has already taken a hit. One note, when the issuer repays in full the TIN will come back up since the loss was temporary.

As of today there is ~380k DAI in redemptions and I am still expecting redemptions to go trough this week.
An update has been proactively shared on the 16th and our investors will receive today (20th), as expected, all financial informations about the health of the pool.
All of our active 22 accredited investors signed the appropriate subscription documents, acknowledged disclosures and had access to the PPM.

Gave another false update is not good enough,You repeat this nonsense over and over again, repayment delayed for 150days and act like nothings wrong! You expect redemption go trough this week? IT didnât and noone is suprise, After all these lies, I think its appropriate to call you a lier. Under SEC website, Investor now able to file regarding fraud and scam to company, i submited all screenshot timeline given by you since last years including tinlake assets page, mature date, delayed duration, i will try to contact other 1754 investors to do the same.

- Checking on Tinlake
- Controlling the documents that you signed during the investment
- Via etherscan checking transactions
- You can also contact support via support@centrifuge.io from your investment email and indicate your wallet address.
