The Altair council has proposed a motion for rejecting the initial Treasury Proposal.
If that Treasury Proposal had passed, it would have taken around 15 days for it to be enacted as @mikiquantum explains here. Therefore, a new motion (Council Motion 17) was proposed instead by the council.

Given that the treasury funds can only be administered by the council, there will be no public referendum to vote on.
