Short Summary
A pilot version of a unified dashboard to track Centrifuge-funded projects with milestones, updates, alerts, and risks —boosting transparency and accountability for the DAO.
High-level objective
To deliver a lean, working MVP of a Project Progress Tracking Platform tailored to Centrifuge workflows, with milestone tracking, project list views, and early alerting.
Background of Proposal
Currently, Centrifuge project tracking is fragmented across forums, Discord, and GitHub. This creates challenges in project oversight and transparency. By starting with a lightweight MVP, CentrifugeDAO can validate the usefulness of a central progress tracker before scaling it further.
Description of Activity
We will develop and deploy a minimum viable product (MVP) of the Project Progress Tracker, focused on:
- Project List View: Funding source, completion status, last updated date.
- Milestone Tracking: Progress bars and completion markers.
- Basic Alerts: Notifications for overdue milestones.
- Project Detail Pages: Key deliverables and discussion links.
This scope ensures a usable version that can later expand to include advanced visualizations, risk detection, and integrations.
Goals and Themes
-
Goals:
- Validate the concept of a centralized project tracker.
- Provide immediate transparency and accountability.
- Build a foundation for scalable governance tooling.
-
Themes:
- Transparency
- Governance efficiency
- Community engagement
Risk Assessment
- Risks: Low adoption if project count remains small; technical delays.
- Mitigation: Build lean and modular; ensure community testing before final deployment.
Sustainability
- Platform will be open-source.
- Hosting costs are minimal (<$20/month).
- Expansion can be proposed later if the community validates the MVP.
Collaborations and Partnerships
- Collaboration with Centrifuge governance contributors for feedback and integration guidance.
Change or Improvement
Shifts project oversight from scattered communication channels to a single accessible dashboard, enabling the DAO to track accountability more efficiently.
Alignment to the mission of Centrifuge DAO
This pilot strengthens DAO transparency and governance accountability, ensuring that project funding translates into measurable outcomes and community trust.

Personally, I bring extensive multi-chain experience as a Web3 Architect and long-time contributor to decentralized governance. I was an early contributor to Dash, helping shape some of the first DAO governance mechanisms, and have since contributed to Polkadot’s governance infrastructure, Solana’s developer tooling, Arweave’s storage protocols, and Gnars DAO community initiatives.
My expertise includes front-end and back-end development, data integration, and the design of transparent tracking systems. A recent relevant example is my work on Tracker for the Polkadot ecosystem, a tool to monitor project and governance activity. This cross-chain perspective enables me to design interoperable, user-focused solutions directly applicable to the Centrifuge ecosystem. -
