Pools on tinlake represent different assets but once you invest in the pool you get TIn and DROP tokens. TIN and DROP tokens represent junior and senior tranche and whichever pool you choose on tinlake you get TIN and DROP tokens in specified ratio.
RAD tokens, on the other hand, are used for governance and transaction fees on centrifuge chain.
I presume that, of all the mentioned tokens, only RAD tokens would be listed on exchanges.
