# Hi ! I have some CFG tokens. Can I stake them ?

I have seen some pretty old posts about staking CFG tokens. Is there a more up-to-date post about CFG token staking possibilities ?

After the parachain launch of the Centrifuge chain staking has ended. Please take a look into the [proposed changes to increase the token utility](https://gov.centrifuge.io/t/rfc-additional-cfg-token-utility/3728) and especially staking on pools
