# Summary

Our team at PYOR developed a comprehensive [governance dashboard](https://dune.com/pyor_xyz/aave-dao-governance) for the AAVE ecosystem on Dune, and we’d love to create something similar for Centrifuge.

# **What We Built for AAVE**

Our dashboard provides real-time tracking of critical governance metrics with visualizations like:

**Category Analysis:** Breaking down proposals by type to reveal governance focus areas and priorities.

**Proposal Success & Participation Tracking:** Monitoring success rates and participation trends over time to identify engagement patterns.

**Delegation Insights:** Tracking delegation percentages across proposals to understand voting power distribution evolution.

# **How This Could Help Centrifuge**

Similar visualizations could provide Centrifuge with:

- Clear visibility into governance focus areas specific to Centrifuge operations
- Insights into Centrifuge participation trends and voting engagement cycles
- Understanding of delegation patterns within the Centrifuge community
- Data-driven foundation for governance improvement strategies tailored to Centrifuge’s ecosystem

# **What We Can Build For Centrifuge**

We could develop:

- Centrifuge-Specific Governance Analytics: Track proposal categories, voting patterns, and delegate influence
- Protocol Metrics: Monitor key RWA parameters, pool performance, and tokenization metrics
- Community Engagement Tracking: Measure participation growth and governance health over time
- Custom Visualizations: Designed specifically for Centrifuge’s requirements

# **Our Other Work**

We’ve created similar dashboards for other protocols tracking various metrics and agendas. Check out our [dune profile](https://dune.com/pyor_xyz) for more examples of our work.

# **Looking for Feedback & Requests**

Our team can create custom dashboards (both frontend and on Dune/Flipside) based on community requirements - whether that’s deeper analytics on specific governance aspects, TVL tracking, or other protocol metrics.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on this dashboard or any other dashboard that the community would find value in.
