This proposal was discussed in the RFC [here](https://gov.centrifuge.io/t/rfc-roadmap-process-protocol-engineering-group-mandate/5136). The proposal has been submitted to the Proposal Repository on GitHub so it is now final.

Changes or improvements proposed:

- Give the mandate to Protocol Engineering Group
- Create a new proposal type CP-6 (Roadmap Proposals) to be added to the Governance Process

The proposal has now moved on to an OpenSquare Snapshot.

The OpenSquare snapshot for this proposal has passed.

The Protocol Engineering Group now has a mandate in the DAO to pursue their stated objectives.
