# Council Motion 63: Set the ideal number of collators to 10 (Resubmission)

Hello 👋

This is the resubmission of [CM62](https://gov.centrifuge.io/t/council-motion-62-set-the-ideal-number-of-collators-to-10/5330).

This proposal will set the number of collators ( `collatorSelection.setDesiredCandidates` ) on the Centrifuge Chain to 10.
