Create pre-image of call `parachainSystem.authorizeUpgrade` with hash from release πŸ‘‰ `0xe20d531a93f34c56202bfe2299f88979a3ec9d991c54c3d4bcd3a64ec28b6d46 ` πŸ™‹ 1. Council proposes `democracy.externalProposeMajority` (Council motion) using the hash from the pre-image above πŸ‘‰ `0x55714a9a2549b911e137ea1ac2675a14eb00852be7171ece25838b654a2f5733` βš™ πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ 1. If the motion above passes, the council will propose a `democracy.fastrack` (Council motion) so the upgrade can be enacted shortly after the public referendum ends (if it passes) πŸͺ™ πŸ—³ 1. Public referendum will be available for all CFG token holders to vote on. The voting period will be 28,800 blocks (~4 days with an average block time of 12 seconds) This post will be updated as we proceed through the steps. πŸ”“ ➑ πŸ”’ ➑ πŸ”“ Remember, that you don’t lose your CFG by voting on referenda - they are just locked for the duration of the vote. After that, they will be available for transfer again.
