I want to sincerely and publicly apologize to Bhaji for the way I expressed my concerns following CP172, including my decision to frame them through a vote-of-no-confidence RFC.

My concerns about transparency, eligibility, shareholder rights, liquidity, dilution, and the transition from CFG to equity came from a place of deep personal investment in Centrifuge. I have committed significant capital to this project, and I remain invested not only financially, but also in its mission and long-term success.

However, genuine concerns do not excuse an approach that became too personal and confrontational. My emotions got the better of me, and I should have responded in a more measured, constructive, and respectful manner. I regret allowing frustration and uncertainty to overshadow the mutual respect that should guide our community.

Bhaji, I sincerely apologize for directing the weight of this situation toward you personally and for any unfairness or distress my words may have caused. I recognize the difficulty of leading a project through a consequential transition, and I appreciate the work that you and the broader Centrifuge team continue to do.

My hope remains that CFG holders, leadership, contributors, and partners can move forward together in a collaborative space—one where difficult questions can be asked openly, answers can be developed transparently, and disagreement does not become personal.

I continue to support Centrifuge and hope to see it become one of the world’s leading platforms for tokenized finance. A meaningful part of my capital, confidence, hopes, and dreams remains tied to this project. I want that commitment to contribute to constructive dialogue, not division.

I take responsibility for my approach. I should have done better, and I will strive to communicate with greater patience, humility, and respect going forward.

To Bhaji and the Centrifuge community: I am sincerely sorry.

As a final note, I hope the team will always remember the community that believed in Centrifuge, supported it through uncertain periods, and contributed its capital, time, trust, and conviction. Institutional growth and ambitious new opportunities are worth pursuing, but the community should continue to feel seen, respected, and included in that journey.

We are not on opposing sides. We share the same hope: for Centrifuge to succeed and realize its full potential. If we move forward with openness, empathy, and mutual respect, I believe we can rebuild trust, meet the challenges ahead, and reach our goals together.
